Our Mission
Powered by the Wisconsin Care Coalition, the Paid Leave for Wisconsin Campaign exists to work collaboratively with our partners and members and increase our collective capacity to achieve our goal of ensuring that all workers in Wisconsin have access to paid family and medical leave.

The Coalition believes that all Wisconsin residents need access to comprehensive paid family and medical leave. We aim to accomplish this goal through simultaneous grassroots organizing, public education, and non-partisan legislative advocacy.

We center those most impacted by the challenges of not having access to paid leave, and we aim to build community power alongside the communities most impacted by these policies. We are non-partisan, working with anyone seeking to expand paid leave in Wisconsin.

Our vision is a future where all workers in Wisconsin have access to paid family & medical leave. We believe that paid family & medical leave is a key part of a healthy and thriving community, where families can care for one another without sacrificing their economic security. By working together, we can create a more just and equitable society for everyone.
